📦 Exchange Policy – Modgil Store

At Modgil Store, we value your satisfaction and want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a request.

KINDLY NOTE :-

•⁠ ⁠For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, ₹150 shipping charges must be paid in advance. The remaining amount will be payable at the time of delivery.(Non-refundable)

•⁠ ⁠For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the parcel weight and destination country.

🔁 When is Exchange Allowed?

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item or model.
  • There is a fitting issue (e.g., phone case doesn’t fit the model you selected).
🎥 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video that:

  • Shows the sealed package being opened.
  • Clearly displays the issue with the product.

⚠️ No exchange will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

📩 How to Request an Exchange
  1. Record the unboxing video while opening your package.
  2. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  3.  Share: The unboxing video (file or link), Your order ID, A brief explanation of the issue.

Once our team reviews and approves your request, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

 

Replacement Time Frame: If replacements are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

Refund policy: Only exchange available. No refunds will be processed.

Shipping policy

  • Orders may or may not be processed within 1–2 working days, depending on availability and order volume.
    -We do not guarantee any specific delivery date. We can only provide an estimated delivery timeline.
