3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD charges, if paid, are strictly non-refundable.

If a customer refuses, does not receive, or fails to accept the parcel, the order will not be eligible for refund.

In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, COD charges will not be returned under any circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

2-Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

3-We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

1-Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the wrong or damaged product is delivered, subject to verification.

2-An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or exchange.

3-Without an unboxing video, no return or exchange request will be accepted.

4-Products once used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

6. Cancellation Policy

1-Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

2-COD orders that are not accepted or cancelled by the customer will not receive any refund of COD charges.

7. Customer Responsibility

• Any loss due to incorrect address or contact details will be the customer’s responsibility.

8.Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel orders from customers with a history of order refusal or suspicious activity.
